Casandra Milner

I’m a Behavioral Health Tech focused on creating safe, supportive environments. In my role, I handle food preparation and nutrition while providing active supervision for youth ages 12–17, always with a calm, attentive presence.

I bring a strong safety-first mindset—monitoring for allergies and illnesses, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting safety in all areas inside and out. I also apply first aid when needed and help keep routines steady and structured.

In early learning, I’ve served as an Early Learning Substitute with Headstart/ECAP at OESD 114, supervising children from newborn through 5 years. I coordinated daily care needs like food preparation, monitoring for allergies and illnesses, and maintaining safety in the classroom and playground.

Outside of childcare and behavioral health, I’m also self-employed in pet and house sitting, strengthening my communication, time management, and dependable follow-through. I combine practical caregiving with organization, filing, and general office support—bringing the same reliability to every setting.
