At North Sails, I work in Sales and Commercial Management, assisting walk-in customers and coordinating corporate uniform orders for boat companies and shipping lines. I prepare tailored quotes and coordinate customization and delivery requirements.
I also check stock and inventory to help ensure customer orders can be fulfilled. In earlier fashion retail work, I advised customers, handled complaints and cash, and received merchandise.
From 2021 to 2025, I worked in reception and public-facing service in gastronomy and hospitality, managing reservations and schedules and coordinating dining-room teams. My training includes dance teaching, tourism studies, and technical business administration.
