My background includes extensive LIHTC community experience, budgeting and financial reporting, rent collection, lease administration, vendor contract negotiation, property inspections, and corrective action planning. I lead teams and coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and audits using property management software such as Yardi, Boston Post, and RealPage.
