What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen nonprofit fundraising operations through CRM, donor data, reporting, process improvement, and collaborative partnerships that improve donor, partner, and staff experiences.

At United Way of Tarrant County, I manage the systems, donor data, reporting, and workflows that support fundraising, donor engagement, and workplace giving. I partner across Development, Finance, and Operations to improve data integrity, reconciliation, and the experience of donors and partners.

I bring hands-on nonprofit experience spanning annual giving, donor stewardship, community partnerships, volunteer engagement, and project management. I've led fundraising events and campaigns, coordinated facility improvement projects, and am helping guide a transition to Bloomerang and Sage Intacct.
