Previously at University of Cape Town Libraries, I redesigned the libraries website for better user experience, migrated 5+ library websites to Drupal 9, rewrote 50+ content pages for readability, and developed digital forms to improve workflows and reporting. Earlier, as IT/Web Content Coordinator in UCT Faculty of Health Sciences, I migrated the faculty website, audited 100+ faculty subsites, supported web managers on campus, distributed weekly communications via Everlytic, managed social media during #FeesMustFall, and built an IT asset tracking and reporting system in Microsoft PowerApps.
