At Diario El Universo, I developed and maintained a CRM platform, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities, with features for commercial follow-up.
At EMPRESA CEMEMSA, I developed and maintained administrative systems, implemented accounting, inventory, payroll, and tax modules, and worked on electronic invoicing processes and XML files integrated with SRI.
Across roles including GRUPO SOLA and MANRIQUE & ASOCIADOS, I worked on business systems, SQL Server databases, requirements analysis, and technical support. My experience also includes systems for production and post-harvest at GRUPO TORRES and institutional systems at BANCO DE MACHALA.
I’ve also taught programming and systems development at UNIVERSIDAD TECNOLÓGICA SUDAMERICANA and supported coursework in object-oriented programming at UNIVERSIDAD DE GUAYAQUIL. Independently, I provide technical and operational support for business software and administrative and tax processes.
