I’m looking to lead esports competitions end-to-end—planning, executing, and reporting results—while collaborating with players, team owners, directors, and publishers in a fast-paced gaming environment.

I’m a passionate esports professional who started in this world 20 years ago as a player, and I’ve been working in the gaming industry for 5+ years. I focus on turning competition operations into clear plans and measurable results for everyone involved.

In 2018 at Liga de Videojuegos Profesional, I started as a Head Referee for competitions in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. After a year and a half, I was promoted to Esports Manager to take control of all competitions—helping to plan, execute, and report outcomes to players, directors, team managers/owners, and game publishers.
