At Universidad de la Costa, I developed distribution-planning and vehicle-routing models for liquid fuel and virtual gas logistics for Petromil S.A. The work reduced daily fleet requirements by three vehicles while maintaining the reported 100% service level.
At Citi, I designed a semi-automated dashboard to monitor payment risks and controls, consolidating data from multiple sources with Excel VBA. I also proposed the design and implementation roadmap for a Target Operational Model dashboard, including an ACH pilot presented to senior leadership.
In another Citi role, I developed an automated reporting workflow integrating MicroStrategy with Microsoft Outlook through scripting. It reduced manual extraction errors and reclaimed an estimated 1.73 FTEs of operational capacity.
At Universidad de la Costa, I contributed to the LOGPORT project on intelligent transportation management and developed decision-support work for freight distribution and supply chain networks. My experience also includes teaching operations research and applying Lean Manufacturing and simulation methods to industrial and service-system problems.
