I'm looking to lead supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or transformation initiatives where I can improve inventory, operational performance, SAP governance, and regional standardization.

I've built my career at FORVIA across warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, material planning, and SAP transformation for automotive manufacturing. Over 8+ years and six internal promotions, I've supported operations in Mexico, the USA, Portugal, and France.

As Warehouse Manager, I led 75 employees and approximately USD 27M in inventory, increasing productivity from 45 to 85 pallets per day and reducing inventory by about USD 5M while maintaining service levels. I also reduced production shortages, logistics scrap, and absenteeism while improving dispatch and HSE performance.

I've supported 14 North American plants through SAP master data governance, logistics analytics, and inventory optimization, contributing to USD 8M in inventory reduction, USD 490K in transportation savings, and USD 670K in supplier-claim recovery. As a FORVIA Global Supply Chain Trainer, I deliver regional SAP training and help standardize supply chain processes.
