At ConstruBlocks, I founded and currently direct a concrete precast business, coordinating planning, administration, production, and distribution.

I implemented 5S and standardized operating and machinery preparation procedures, reducing loading and unloading time by 50% and increasing deliveries by 30%. Applying Lean Manufacturing, I increased profits by 10% and reduced delays by 15%.

At Hutchison Ports (TNG), I worked as an Industrial Safety Assistant, conducting on-site risk analysis and managing fire risks during hot work under NOM-STPS standards. I maintained zero reported incidents during the operating period and delivered safety talks to staff.

At Camp Starlight, I implemented preventive and corrective maintenance planning and tracking with Excel and Fracttal, as well as OEE calculations to improve operating efficiency and reduce downtime and unexpected failures. I also supported project operations at Conglomerado de Ingenieros BSyT by gathering and organizing field information and standardizing technical and administrative records.
