At Key Learning Solutions, I coordinated clients and development teams using SCRUM to deliver e-learning courses on time. I designed interactive courses in Articulate Rise and Storyline, including personalized experiences with complex variables.
Earlier, I administered Blackboard and designed instructional content at Instituto de Investigaciones Dr. José María Luis Mora. At Médica Sur, I implemented the hospital's online training program and collaborated on its Joint Commission International certification process.
