At EVO Lifestyle Products Ltd / Scrub Daddy UK Ltd, I planned warehouse, distribution and production activity, coordinating stock, orders and delivery planning to support accurate, on-time fulfilment.

I transformed the operational process supporting a major Amazon account by introducing structured order, stock, packing and dispatch controls. Account turnover increased from approximately £1.2m to £2m within eight months, while chargebacks for shortages and late deliveries fell to record-low levels.

I also redesigned a UK retailer production process using sales history and forward forecasts, delivering the transformation in under five months against a 12-month management target. For complex customer-specific requirements, I established a dedicated 12-person production area within two weeks without disrupting larger planned production.
