At Puzzles Consulting, I work as a Salesforce QA Consultant across projects in multiple industries and countries. I lead functional, integration and end-to-end testing, as well as UAT management.

On a banking project in the Dominican Republic, I led UAT and end-to-end testing for a migration between Salesforce orgs, checking data integrity and operational continuity. I’m currently testing Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud processes in online and offline scenarios.

At LABSXD S.A, I led the QA team on a telecommunications project using Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud, coordinating UAT with the client and validating commercial processes and integrations with external systems.

Earlier, at IGROUP LATAM, I tested domestic and international payments, including ISO 20022 messaging and card transactions. At DBF Consultor, I validated trading operations and deposits and withdrawals across payment and wallet integrations.
