At The Learning Experience in Lake Worth, I provided classroom leadership and developmental support across multiple age groups.

I managed daily routines, lesson planning, observations, parent communication, and children’s safety and well-being. I adapted activities and instruction to meet each classroom’s needs while maintaining supportive, professional communication with families, staff, and children.

I also supported administrative and clerical operations through office assistance, documentation, data entry, family communication, enrollment support, and staff coordination.

I bring a strong work ethic, organization, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. I’m pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology and plan to continue toward a master’s degree in psychology.
