What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced customer-facing role where I can deliver excellent service, work in a supportive team, and grow through consistent responsibilities like beverage prep, cashier work, and problem-solving for customers.

I’m a Psychology student with hands-on customer service experience in the food and beverage industry. I focus on delivering friendly, efficient service while staying calm and effective during high-volume shifts.

At Starbucks, I prepared beverages to quality standards, handled cash transactions accurately, and supported clean, safe operations. I enjoy working collaboratively with my team to keep service smooth and welcoming for every customer.

Earlier at Bembos, I assisted customers, processed orders, managed cashier responsibilities, and resolved inquiries professionally. I bring strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, leadership, time management, and problem-solving to every shift.
