At GOL Labs, I set the experience direction for GAL, GOL’s first generative-AI assistant, and led eight AI and automation initiatives from discovery and prioritisation through enterprise roll-out and iteration. I established reusable conversational patterns and quality criteria to make assistants more consistent, clear and safe.
I partner with product and engineering teams on prompts, RAG, grounding, fallbacks and human hand-offs, and use adoption and quality measures to guide product evolution. Earlier at GOL Labs, I designed, implemented and supported GOL’s pioneering Alexa Skill for flight-status enquiries, its first voice conversational experience.
