At Itaú Unibanco, I was one of the creators of the design system for Inteligência Itaú, the bank’s AI assistant. I defined the chat foundation, conversation patterns, error scenarios, and guardrails.
I also designed an AI document-analysis solution for business credit that automates pre-approval and authorization, reducing contracting time from 15 days to 1. Another AI solution I designed automated test profiles and datasets, reducing development testing time by 80%.
I track adoption and engagement through dashboards I build, and work end to end from research with internal users to information architecture and technical design with engineering. I also give AI talks and training at Itaú, mentor designers, and take part in customer interviews.
