What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations-focused role where I can manage documentation, resolve discrepancies, support customers and business partners, and improve processes in U.S.-based transportation, financial, or commercial operations.

I'm currently coordinating daily U.S. transportation operations at Acertus / SaleStrategy, maintaining accurate order, shipment, and operational records while resolving issues with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.

Previously at Summar Financial, I reviewed freight factoring invoices and supporting documentation, identified discrepancies and potential fraud risks, and supported payment processing, carrier disbursements, and fuel advance requests.
