At AGILEEDGE, I coordinate civil infrastructure tender submissions and developed a Power BI dashboard consolidating 87 tenders. It gives management a central view of status and awarded work and saves approximately 2.5 hours per weekly reporting cycle.
I also implemented three Power Automate workflows for tender reminders and maintain SharePoint document repositories and a tender register connected to Power BI. I coordinate supplier and subcontractor inputs and prepare client-ready submission documents.
At VOLKSWAGEN TRUCK & BUS, I tracked more than 80 cross-functional actions and led weekly progress reviews across eight departments. I contributed to a 25% improvement in project delivery speed over 12 months and to on-time milestone submissions for an international expansion project.
At MSD (MERCK SHARP & DOHME), I owned the Jira project board and facilitated coordination between Supply Chain planners and IT stakeholders. Board visibility and daily follow-up contributed to a 40% reduction in issue-resolution time; I also gathered requirements for Qlik Sense dashboards and validated outputs against SAP ERP data.
