I am an experienced billing analyst with a strong background in customer service. In my previous role at Metro Pacific Iloilo Water, I was responsible for monitoring overall processes and flows within monthly billing cycles. This included analyzing readings and inspections done by meter readers and inspectors, providing monthly reports on billed volumes and total sales, and analyzing adjustments needed for proper billing. I also handled billing reconciliations and addressed customer concerns.
Prior to that, I worked as a billing encoder at Metro Pacific Iloilo Water, where I encoded and analyzed meter readings, debit and credit memos, and also catered to customer concerns. I also have experience as a clerk processor at Metro Iloilo Water District, where I prepared documents and files, encoded bills and readings, and assisted in the preparation of documents for the Bids and Awards Committee.
In addition to my billing experience, I have also taught Korean children at EFS Language Institute and worked as a sales counselor at Bank of the Philippine Islands, where I introduced online, phone, and mobile banking to customers.
