I’m a founder and content strategist for Moodspace Method, where I build wellness and lifestyle storytelling around intentional living and emotional intelligence. I transform complex ideas into clear, emotionally resonant narratives—writing 20+ long-form blogs and e-book chapters and creating video scripts and marketing content that inform, inspire, and strengthen brand trust.

On the growth side, I built and managed the digital brand from concept to launch, overseeing writing, SEO strategy, design, and analytics. I created an educational content SEO optimization system that applies emotional intelligence and design psychology (“The Math of Intentional Living”), using keyword research, internal linking, and meta optimization to increase visibility.

Before Moodspace Method, I worked as a medical research and medical/scientific affairs advisor at Calyx, supporting study lifecycle needs with protocol guidance, technical inquiry resolution, and quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy. I managed complex project timelines across multiple studies, finalized core study documents, and helped teams maintain consistent standards—often by training colleagues and strengthening documentation, communication, and process alignment.
