Caitlin Hutchinson
@caitlinhutchinson
I coordinate person-centred care, improve services, and lead teams supporting people with complex mental health and dementia needs.
What I'm looking for
I'm currently coordinating person-centred care at Ave Maria Care, working closely with service users, families, care staff and external professionals to respond to changing needs.
At Alzheimer’s Society, I led community engagement across hard-to-reach populations and increased access to dementia services across nine groups. I also directed national service transformation, delivered training, analysed service data, and built a partnership with the National Adults Safeguarding Board.
My background includes treatment management at HMP Dovegate, recovery work at Mental Health Matters, and frontline mental health and healthcare support. I’ve supervised staff, led multidisciplinary coordination, managed safeguarding and quality requirements, and delivered therapeutic interventions.
I’m motivated by meaningful work that supports people directly, improves outcomes, and builds inclusive, high-quality services. My psychology education and experience across care, mental health, coordination and development shape the practical, person-centred approach I bring to every role.
