What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced team, keep high standards, and grow my skills—while also building experience related to animal care and welfare.

I’m a customer-focused bar associate with experience delivering clear communication, fast, high-quality service, and accurate food standards in a busy environment. I resolve customer concerns while maintaining good customer relations.

Before hospitality, I completed work experience as a Canine Hydrotherapy student, assisting sessions with simple tasks, cleaning after client sessions, organizing equipment, and helping ensure high standards of animal welfare. I’m patient and confident approaching animals during work.

I bring strong time management, problem solving, multitasking, and teamwork skills, backed by GCSEs and an Animal Management Level 3 Extended Diploma (Distinction). I work with a positive attitude to support teams and customers every day.
