Caio Pimentel
@caiopimentel
I build and modernize distributed software across full-stack applications, cloud infrastructure, and Linux environments.
What I'm looking for
I'm building and maintaining production mining software at Hexagon Mining across backend, frontend, infrastructure, DevOps, and embedded Linux environments. I work with Objective-C/GNUstep, Ruby, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, packaging, provisioning, and deployment infrastructure.
Previously at SYDLE, I designed scalable enterprise ECM, CRM, eDMS, and ERP architectures, reducing project delivery timelines by 15%. I delivered cloud and distributed-system solutions with AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
I've implemented OAuth 2.0, SSO, GovBR, Keycloak, and LDAP integrations for corporate and government environments, while resolving performance issues across Elasticsearch, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure. I also contributed technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, mentoring, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
My earlier work includes industrial software modernization, a computer-vision-integrated web application, and a Python machine-learning model that reduced slopping incidents by 10%. I bring a Control and Automation Engineering background and postgraduate study in Distributed Software Architecture.
