What I'm looking for

I'm looking to connect business needs, customer insights, and emerging technology through enterprise innovation, digital transformation, product discovery, and practical delivery.

At TD Bank’s Enterprise Innovation team, I research financial-services trends and customer needs, then turn opportunities into business recommendations, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases.

I built an automated Power BI and SharePoint dashboard and backlog solution that improves leadership visibility into initiative stages, delivery status, priorities, and resource alignment. I also facilitate discovery workshops and support planning, prioritization, validation, and external research partnerships.

Previously, I led digital innovation projects at Deploy Solutions and coached founders at Queen’s University through customer discovery, validation experiments, and execution planning. My work has included citizen-science product discovery, personas, user flows, Figma wireframes, research reporting, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

I’ve also delivered online banking implementations and technology improvements across Kenya, Ghana, Zambia, Uganda, and Tanzania. I bring 10+ years of experience connecting business requirements, stakeholders, technology teams, and operational readiness through transformation initiatives.
