What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time technology delivery and Agile leadership role where I can guide cross-functional teams, improve delivery predictability, partner with stakeholders, and support secure, high-impact software products.

I led Agile software delivery for U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s CAPS web and mobile application, supporting more than 250 federal polygraph examiners. I facilitated Scrum ceremonies, partnered on backlog priorities, removed impediments, and improved Jira workflows and NIST compliance readiness.

I’ve also managed cybersecurity initiatives for Comcast and built product requirements and compliance workflows for Merrill Lynch’s Wealth Management Advisors. With 10+ years across Scrum, project management, SDLC delivery, and stakeholder coordination, I’m preparing to return full-time to technology delivery and Agile leadership.
