I am an accomplished Scrum Master with extensive experience leading Agile teams and coaching cross-functional groups to deliver results. At a large global retailer, I optimized processes and drove continuous improvement to significantly increase team efficiency.

My background includes hands-on Scrum facilitation—running ceremonies, tracking sprint metrics, and managing stakeholder relationships—to ensure predictable delivery and clear communication. I mentor teams in self-organization and Agile best practices to improve collaboration and outcomes.

Previously, I served as a Functional Analyst/SME where I configured systems, authored functional specifications, and coordinated project teams to implement solutions like TMS and LP systems. I also have TMS implementation and super-user experience with tools such as JDA and MercuryGate.

I hold a master's degree in Management Information Systems with a project management emphasis and a bachelor's in Communications. I am certified as a Scrum Master and Product Owner and I seek roles where I can continue to lead Agile transformations, improve delivery practices, and develop teams.
