What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a principal-level role where I can lead Azure/hybrid infrastructure modernization end-to-end—architecture, migration, security, and DR—with strong engineering standards, clear accountability, and teams that value risk-aware change and automation.

I’m a principal-level Infrastructure and Solutions Architect with 10+ years designing, migrating, securing, and modernizing enterprise and MSP environments. I focus on Azure, hybrid cloud, datacenter infrastructure, networking, virtualization, VDI, identity, backup/disaster recovery, and automation.

Across roughly 200 client environments, I’ve led large-scale infrastructure modernization supporting thousands of endpoints, users, tenants, and production servers. I led a major 4-rack datacenter-to-Azure migration, handling VMware-to-Azure workload migration and delivering SQL, file services, domain controllers, application servers, RDS/Citrix, backup, monitoring, NAS, DNS, and security tooling.

I serve as a trusted final escalation point and technical advisor for clients, internal teams, project engineers, helpdesk staff, offshore teams, and sales/solution design. I lead engineering support for approximately 50 engineers—balancing high-impact escalation guidance with hands-on work in core infrastructure design, troubleshooting, migration execution, and platform modernization.

I’m also deeply focused on architecture standards and operational outcomes: designing hub/spoke networking, secure connectivity, platform landing zones, and private endpoints; building backup and DR strategies (RTO/RPO planning, testing, ransomware recovery); and driving automation with PowerShell, n8n workflows, APIs, Docker, and monitoring/provisioning workflows. My approach is grounded in risk-aware change review, rollback planning, and measurable improvements in consistency and reliability.
