What I'm looking for
I’m a self-employed Bookkeeping Consultant, working remotely since 2015. I handle account cleanup, chart of accounts setup/restructuring, general reconciliation, KPI tracking, and year-end bookkeeping for small business clients.
From 2021 to 2024, I served in leadership roles including Assistant Executive Director, Assistant General Manager, and Business Office Manager. I owned A/P, A/R, payroll assistance, and financial reporting like P&L, occupancy vs. budget, and capital expenditures, while stepping in on daily operations and priority tasking.
I bring a strong people-and-process approach: I supported talent acquisition and development, contributed to terminations, and worked to reduce turnover and improve GPTW scores. I also managed lease agreements and policy compliance, oversaw national and local vendor contracts, and helped drive sales through walk-ins, tours, and CRM management.
Earlier, I coordinated safety and administration across multiple locations by creating and implementing IIPP, evacuation, and disaster prep programs, while overseeing safety compliance and incident reporting.
