Bryan Ruiz

At Progressive Rehab Solutions, I lead physical, occupational, and speech therapy services as Director of Rehabilitation. I oversee interdisciplinary teams, departmental budgets, staffing, performance metrics, and patient-centered care plans.

I work closely with nursing, case management, and physicians to coordinate integrated care while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations. I drive continuous improvement initiatives that support patient outcomes, productivity, budget targets, and team efficiency.

Before becoming Director of Rehabilitation, I supported therapy teams as a Physical Therapy Aide and Physical Therapist Tech, assisting with exercises, equipment preparation, treatment areas, patient progress documentation, and safe clinical environments.

I also bring dispatch, logistics, customer service, scheduling, reporting, and Spanish-language communication experience. I'm motivated by opportunities to provide superior value and service while contributing to an organization's continued growth and success.
