I’m looking to continue owning end-to-end QA—automating regressions, validating APIs, and leading fast defect triage—so teams can ship confidently. I thrive where quality metrics, CI/CD reliability, and clear documentation matter.

I’m a QA Engineer with experience spanning functional, integration, and regression testing across mobile (Android/iOS), UI playback/network flows, and backend API validation. From Ford’s SYNC infotainment to SiriusXM and insurance checkout journeys, I’ve focused on identifying critical defects early enough to directly influence go/no-go release decisions.

I modernize test strategy through automation and reliable CI/CD workflows—building suites with Playwright, migrating Selenium cases into a faster JavaScript-based pipeline, and using Jenkins CI/CD to diagnose failed runs and keep testing continuity. I also validate REST APIs with Postman and expand coverage with structured test cases that support launch readiness.

Just as importantly, I drive clarity and speed in defect resolution by leading triage sessions and writing detailed Jira tickets with reproduction steps, Android debug logs, and Charles Proxy API captures. I’ve also authored onboarding documentation and conducted setup sessions, reducing new-hire ramp-up from 4+ weeks to about 2 weeks.
