At IntouchCX, I oversee workforce management strategy across 25 businesses in six locations, supporting pricing, investment decisions, headcount planning, and account transitions.

I've led workforce teams and planning functions across healthcare, financial services, customer service, retail, logistics, and global client operations. At Sagility Philippines, I directed Managers, Capacity Planners, Schedulers, and Real-Time Analysts supporting six healthcare programs and 45 lines of business.

At Telus International, I managed and mentored Capacity Planners supporting 30 client accounts across six countries and ten sites. I develop staffing, scheduling, forecasting, and real-time strategies aligned with operational and business objectives.

My background also includes leading production operations at PT Jaya Blokmil Indonesia, achieving 95% of a 50,000 m³ annual contracted production target. Earlier, I managed scheduling for approximately 3,000 FTEs across global regions and led operations teams through coaching, performance improvement, and KPI delivery.
