What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles in nonprofits or international organizations where I can lead multi-stakeholder programs, strengthen systems, build team capacity, and secure/manage donor funding to deliver measurable health and labor rights outcomes.

I am a senior program and nonprofit leader with two decades of experience directing regional and national initiatives in public health, labor rights, governance, and civic engagement. I have led multi-country programs across Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia and managed large donor-funded portfolios with rigorous financial and program oversight.

As Executive Director and Senior Program Officer, I supervised multidisciplinary teams, expanded health services including family planning and cervical cancer prevention, supported union development, and delivered capacity-building and advocacy campaigns. I have secured and managed funds from major donors (UNFPA, IPPF, Global Fund, MERCK) and produced bilingual program reports and evaluations to inform stakeholders and donors.

I bring strong skills in strategic planning, M&E, training, safeguarding, and partnership building between government, civil society, unions, and media. I seek roles where I can apply my leadership, cross-border program management, and policy experience to strengthen systems and deliver measurable social impact.
