I am a public policy and urban development professional with extensive experience across government, civil society and international projects.

I have led the drafting of national strategies such as the Albanian Digital Agenda, designed and monitored pilot urbanization projects, coordinated multi-stakeholder innovation initiatives, and provided IT/database support and election monitoring expertise. I also have long experience in mentoring, coaching and training practitioners and youth.

I combine strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and hands-on ICT skills to drive digital transformation and measurable social impact; I mentor teams and prioritise collaborative, evidence-based solutions.
