What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an organization where I can own end-to-end architecture and delivery, lead teams, and build automation + full-stack solutions for complex business domains—while collaborating with global stakeholders and improving legacy systems through practical, measurable solutions.

I’m a Software Developer and Tech Lead at IBM with a Computer Science background, focused on delivering end-to-end solutions—from architecture and development through deployment—for the finance domain. I lead with ownership: I align service interconnections, data structure/access patterns, and deployment design so systems stay stable as complexity grows.

In my current role, I lead a team of 5 developers creating automation and full-stack solutions, managing the full project lifecycle on complex systems. I also train non-technical stakeholders globally, strengthening cross-regional collaboration and helping teams understand decisions that affect delivery and operations.

Previously, I coordinated a large-scale system migration, owning task division, cross-team credential/access management, and architectural decisions alongside a parallel migration. Earlier, as an intern and then a Back End Developer / Product Owner in an enterprise program, I built and iterated automations and web products, later moving from Laravel into front-end development with Ionic—always bridging technical delivery with client discovery, scoping, and leadership.
