Architected, designed, and developed Rox Dogs apps for Menorah, an ISV Partner targeting the Salesforce AppExchange. The application is built to support CPQ and Revenue Cloud Salesforce customers. It is developed using LWC, Apex, and SLDS, with a target security review by Salesforce in 2025.

Led the redesign and reimplementation of Lead to Cash Salesforce Sales Cloud processes, including CPQ, Orders, subscriptions, and contract renewals. Implemented data integration between Salesforce Orders, Contracts, and NetSuite Sales Orders using Workato. Managed a 6-member team to assist with data entry and validation, and designed automation for renewals and amendments.

Redesigned Lead to Cash processes and CPQ, implementing NetSuite integration for Salesforce Orders to Sales Orders in NetSuite. Refactored all Sales Process Builders to Salesforce Flows, introducing master scheduling and platform events to improve response time and eliminate governor limits. Designed and implemented renewal/amendment controls and automation to eliminate data corruption.
