At Katlehong Computer School (NIBS), I deliver IT support training and troubleshoot devices, operating systems, and physical and wireless networks. I also delivered AI-assisted app development and design thinking training for the Department of e-Government’s Youth Tech Expo G13 Hackathon 2026.

At Siyafunda CTC, I facilitated Cisco IT Essentials training and administered Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. I also managed LAN and Wi-Fi networks, device provisioning, upgrades, and hardware repairs, and served as Esports Manager overseeing tournament operations and gaming network infrastructure.

Through my work with youth initiatives, I facilitated training for 300+ students across five regional hackathons and initiated a rural outreach program in digital literacy, coding, and robotics that empowered over 600 youth. I also designed and delivered a practical hardware boot camp for 200+ youth and adult participants.
