Brooklyn Grigsby

I am a compassionate, dedicated charge nurse with one and a half years of experience in long-term care, providing attentive, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to diverse resident populations. I am recognized for building meaningful, trusting relationships with residents and families through empathy, active listening, and clear communication. In my role, I perform thorough assessment, medication administration, wound care, and individualized care planning using strong critical thinking and sound clinical judgment.

I also take pride in leading and mentoring teams of RN’s, LPNs, and CNA’s to ensure safe, effective, and person-centered care. Before nursing leadership, I supported rehabilitation patients as a Therapy Technician and provided at-home care for infants and children for eight years—experience that strengthened my ability to support physical, emotional, and intellectual development while maintaining a safe, healthy environment.
