I verify eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans. I work with providers to gather medical necessity documentation, process appeals and reconsiderations, and follow up with carriers to minimize treatment delays.

I use EMR/EHR systems to review records, track approvals, denials, and pending determinations, and communicate updates with patients, providers, pharmacies, and clinical staff.
