I’m a Compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in emergency and oncology settings, known for swift patient assessments, patient triage, and IV therapy. I collaborate with physicians and focus on patient safety, comfort, and clear communication in fast-paced environments.

In my Emergency Department role at North Alabama Medical Center, I supported rapid stabilization through IV insertions, EKGs, and vital-sign collection. I triaged and prioritized care quickly, completing multiple task-oriented duties while maintaining efficient patient flow.

In oncology care at the Cancer Care Center, I initiated IVs and assessed vital signs to prepare patients for chemotherapy. I administered chemotherapy and other medications, then performed comprehensive assessments before and after treatment to guide safe discharge decisions.

With Adoration Home Health and Hospice, I progressed from case manager work (field patient assessments, admissions, recertifications, and discharge visits) into a Clinical Manager position in July 2025. I also handle administrative responsibilities like editing and approving 485s and orders, and I collaborate with MDS for patient care plans—using tools including HCHB, Outlook, Teams, Focura, and Medalogix.
