I've supported patients across Synergy Healthcare, Amedisys, Alight Solutions, and Kmart Pharmacy, bringing more than 10 years of experience in home health, hospice, pharmacy, and remote healthcare support.

In my current home health and hospice work, I monitor vital signs and medication intake, maintain confidential patient documentation, support daily living needs, and communicate changes to providers according to care plans.
