I am a seasoned HEDIS professional with seven years of hands-on experience in medical record review, data abstraction, and HEDIS measure validation. I consistently ensure accuracy, compliance with NCQA HEDIS specifications, and strict adherence to HIPAA standards.

My background includes leadership as a HEDIS Data Abstraction Specialist Lead and roles across healthcare organizations where I improved data integrity, streamlined outreach, and supported EHR-driven workflows. I have experience with provider outreach, chart requests, and collaborating with care teams to close gaps in care.

Technically, I am proficient with EPIC, Cerner, Allscripts, NextGen, Patient Fusion, athena, and data tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Monday.com. I also have experience providing help-desk/IT support for clinical systems and training new staff on organizational IT systems.

I hold a B.S.A. in Business Administration and am completing an M.S. in Social Work. I bring a compliance-driven, patient-centered approach and seek to leverage my abstraction expertise to improve quality measurement and health outcomes.
