I’m a detail-oriented healthcare quality professional with hands-on experience in HEDIS indexing, health information management, and medical records processing across large healthcare organizations. I review and index member records to identify HEDIS-relevant clinical data, abstract and validate information from EHRs, provider records, labs, and claims, and support accurate quality reporting in compliance with NCQA, CMS, and HIPAA.

I also manage release of information workflows with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely fulfillment, coordinating with healthcare professionals and maintaining proper documentation for audits and legal needs. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Quality Control Specialist / Data Quality Analyst overseeing software support, testing, sanitization workflows, and inventory data integrity—experience that strengthened my ability to catch discrepancies, improve processes, and maintain high accuracy in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
