What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue solving complex CPaaS platform, API integration, and client-support challenges while improving reliability through automation, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.

I support enterprise clients on high-availability CPaaS platforms at Onextel, covering SMS, WhatsApp, Email, RCS, and Voice. I onboard clients to WABA and SMS platforms, configure APIs, routing rules, and webhooks, and resolve delivery and integration issues.

I built internal onboarding automation, including a unified Sender ID platform that reduced email correspondence by 3–4 emails per client per day across a six-region client base. I also designed a structured customer intake form that streamlined provisioning handoffs.

Previously at Tanla Platforms Limited (Karix), I resolved 20+ technical tickets daily, tested REST and SMPP endpoints, and monitored logs with Grafana and Linux CLI. I work closely with Dev and QA on root-cause analysis, incident resolution, and reliable client migrations.
