What I'm looking for

I’m looking for work where I can apply data analysis, ML, and genomics workflows to improve AI evaluation and model responses—using new tools, learning continuously, and contributing to safety, research quality, and real-world impact.

I’m a Data Analyst who loves turning messy data into trustworthy insights. I’ve worked across mapping datasets for “AI model rating” and “LLM model response,” plus factual analysis, and multimedia annotation (audio and video) to support better AI outcomes.

In my current freelancing role, I handle diverse mapping-oriented datasets and focus on rigorous evaluation and analysis. Previously, as a Metagenomic Data Analyst at ICAR (NIHSAD), I generated FastQC reports, performed trimming and cleaning, and supported downstream workflows from de novo assembly to read merging and alignment.

I bring a research-first mindset, supported by machine learning work using WEKA and PyCaret for classifier comparison, and genomics/informatics tooling across NGS/Illumina-style virus data. I’m especially drawn to roles where I can leverage modern tools, keep improving models and pipelines, and contribute to “prosperity and safety for all living beings.”
