I founded Honey Head Spa and grew the luxury Japanese hair and scalp spa from inception to an acquisition valued at $200,000. I created a consultative client journey for 50–70 recurring clients monthly and developed personalized treatment protocols using specialized trichology tools.

At Honey Head Spa, I also optimized unit economics and built an automated go-to-market engine using Notion architecture and lifecycle messaging. I bring hands-on experience building applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, and developing AI agent frameworks with Claude Code and the OpenAI SDK.
