With 20+ years in the customer service industry, sales and inventory, I’ve owned monthly audits, tracking/shipping of orders, and ordering supplies while supporting daily store and warehouse operations. My experience includes stocking merchandise, loading and unloading supplies, fulfilling orders to vendors, training, hiring, and continued employee training to strengthen performance and consistency.
In my current role as Order Selector / Training Coordinator at Macklanburg Duncan, I’m responsible for new hire training, employee retention, continued safety education, and preparing pallet jacks with merchandise to fulfill vendor orders.
