What I'm looking for

I seek a clinical quality role where I can use data and EMR auditing to drive compliance, lead accreditation readiness, mentor staff, and improve patient outcomes in collaborative healthcare teams.

I hold dual Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Nursing, and I am a Registered Nurse with over 7 years' clinical experience, currently licensed in Colorado with a multistate NLC license. I bring 5+ years of progressive responsibility across healthcare Quality, Physician Services, Risk Management, and Patient Safety.

I lead hospital-wide quality initiatives including Peer Review, OPPE, FPPE, HQIP, HTP, MBQIP, HQIC, TJC accreditation readiness, and eCQM reporting, and I prepare and submit mandatory quality reports. I am adept at both paper and electronic medical record auditing (Epic and Meditech) and have a proven track record driving compliance and measurable quality outcomes.

I am highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, partnering with clinical and non-clinical teams to educate staff, support survey readiness, and deliver sustainable improvements in patient care and organizational performance.
