I am a registered nurse with extensive experience in quality improvement and patient care. My journey in healthcare began with an Associate in Applied Science in Nursing from Luzerne County Community College, and I have since dedicated my career to enhancing the quality of care for diverse populations. I have successfully worked with organizations such as Health Services Advisory Group and Highmark Wholecare, where I focused on improving patient safety and clinical care for Medicare and Medicaid patients.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in healthcare auditing and quality assurance. My role as a Quality Improvement Specialist involved collaborating with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to implement local projects aimed at reducing harm and enhancing clinical outcomes. I am adept at managing stakeholder expectations and prioritizing tasks to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
