Brittany Maguffee

I am a Registered Nurse with over nine years of clinical and leadership experience across hospice and acute care settings, licensed in Michigan and Ohio. I combine hands-on patient care with program leadership to improve outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.

In my current role I lead quality assurance nursing, direct an agency-wide QAPI program, and manage infection prevention and control while preparing organizations for surveys and accreditation. I analyze clinical and satisfaction data to identify trends and drive measurable performance improvement.

Previously I provided NICU critical care managing ventilator and advanced respiratory support, and worked as a hospice RN case manager overseeing admissions, care planning, and end-of-life coordination for home and facility-based patients.
